3Where your data goes

Your waitlist details are stored by the email service we use to send the confirmation and launch emails, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Our website is hosted by a hosting provider in the European Union or, where a provider is based outside the EU, under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.

We share your data with nobody else, unless we are legally required to.

4How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and at the latest 12 months after the launch period ends if you have not become a customer by then. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 90 days. Consent records for cookies are kept for 12 months.

5Your rights

  • Access: ask which data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: have incorrect data corrected.
  • Erasure: have your data deleted. The unsubscribe link in every email does this for your waitlist details.
  • Restriction and objection: limit or object to a processing activity.
  • Data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

To exercise a right, email us at the address above. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your own country.

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to the waitlist is limited to the people who need it to send you the emails you asked for, and protected with two-factor authentication where the provider supports it.

LarsFerdy.com is not aimed at children under 16. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, let us know and we will delete the data.
